The Troy Foundation is a public charity established to enhance the quality of life for area residents and to assist nonprofit organizations in rendering their services. They have graciously awarded Project Velo Racing with grant funding to carry out our youth education and fitness program. The name Tifosi is Italian and means “sports enthusiast” and is often used to refer to the crowds lining the bike route during the Giro d’Italia.
